You can no longer buy the softcover two volume casebook on this site. Go to Amazon, search for Pomp and State Tax and you will be able to buy each of the two volumes for $125 each.
Each volume must be purchased separately. Volume One covers the Commerce Clause, Equal Protection, Due Process Clause, Privileges and Immunities, Import-Export and Duty of Tonnage Clauses, Sales Taxes, Taxable Sales, and Taxation of Services. Volume Two covers Use Taxes and Gross Receipt Taxes, State Corporate Taxes, and the State Corporate Income Tax. Be aware that a new edition of the book will be coming out at the end of this year making the thumb drive a more economical purchase.
Amazon should also have used copies of the 9th edition. If you buy one of those, make sure the binding is in perfect condition or else the pages will fall out.
